All call recordings can now be logged into Salesforce and you can easily access your sales reps' recordings from your CRM.

  1. Enable the call recording feature (make sure you have the licenses for call recording in order to use it). You can purchases the licenses here.

  2. Connect and log into Salesforce. Make sure to enable Salesforce integration.

  3. Make a call and record.

  4. The link to the recordings will be in the Comment field on Salesforce.

  5. The link opens the exact recording on the Call Analytics Dashboard.
