How to import call recordings to Salesforce?

This article shows how to import recordings to Salesforce CRM.

All call recordings can now be logged into Salesforce and you can easily access your sales reps' recordings from your CRM.

  1. In order to use the Call Recording feature you will have to install the Salestrail Recorder (APK) application to your device on top of the Salestrail app. Please reach out to us at support@liid.com and we will help you to get started!

    Enable the call recording feature (make sure you have the licenses for call recording in order to use it). You can purchases the licenses here.

  2. Connect and log into Salesforce. Make sure to enable Salesforce integration.

  3. Make a call and record.

  4. The link to the recordings will be in the Comment field on Salesforce.

  5. The link opens the exact recording on the Call Analytics Dashboard.
