Currently, we offer call recording feature for SIM calls on Android devices only. Please be mindful that you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations about call recording. Also, in certain jurisdictions, the explicit consent of the other parties to conversation recording may be required.

Please find the instructions on how to start using Call Recording feature below:

Step 1: Update Salestrail to the latest version.

Step 2: Go to Settings > Check the box Record Calls.

Step 3: Enable Services and give Salestrail the needed permission.

Step 4: Choose to automatically record calls or not.

Step 5: Test the Recording Sources to find the one that works best for you. This might differ from device to device.

Once you've set everything up, all you need to do is making calls and enjoying the feature! If a recording has been made for a call, it will show in the app like this.

You can listen to the recording and also upload it to the Analytic Dashboard.

Once it's been uploaded, you will find it in Recording section on the Dashboard.
