All call recordings can now be logged into Hubspot and you can easily access your sales reps' recordings from your CRM.
In order to use the Call Recording feature you will have to install the Salestrail Recorder (APK) application to your device on top of the Salestrail app. Please reach out to us at support@liid.com and we will help you to get started!
Enable the call recording feature (make sure you have the licenses for call recording in order to use it). You can purchases the licenses here.
Connect and log into Hubspot. Make sure to enable Hubspot integration.
Make a call and record.
Access to recordings by clicking on the link below.
The link opens the exact recording on the Call Analytics Dashboard.
