From the Salestrail app, you can search for your CRM contacts and call them directly (currently, we are integrated with Salesforce and Hubspot). All you need to do is following these steps:
Make sure you have connected Salestrail with your Salesforce/Hubspot.
In the Salestrail app, choose the keypad.
Choose CRM > search by First name and/or Last name > tap on the contact to call.
After the call has completed, it will be logged to the contact on your CRM as well as on the Call Analytics dashboard with all data.
