The call recording source you are able go change in the Salestrail Recorder (APK) application settings.
Call recording works differently on different devices and different Android versions. If you notice that the recording quality isn't good, try changing the recording source from the Salestrail Recorder app's settings.
Here are a few devices and their best recording source options:
OnePlus - OnePlus Nord, OnePlus 7T Pro: Voice Recognition.
Samsung - Galaxy S7, Galaxy S8, Galaxy S9, Galaxy S10, Galaxy S21: Voice Recognition and Voice Communication.
Honor - Honor 8, Honor 10 Lite: Voice Recognition.
Huawei - P30 Pro: Voice Recognition.
Xiaomi - Mi A2, Redmi 8, K20 Redmi: Voice Recognition.
Motorola - G8 Power: Voice Recognition.
Please be mindful that these are our recommendations. If they don't work for your device, please try changing and testing different Recording Sources.
