Salestrail Best Practices

  1. Keep the App Updated: Set your device to update apps automatically so that you get the latest version to benefit from new features, bug fixes, and performance improvements.

  2. Start Calls from Salestrail: Initiate all business-related calls directly from the Salestrail app rather than the phone’s native dialer to ensure accurate call logging and recording.

  3. Check App Settings Regularly: Periodically review the app settings to ensure all required permissions remain enabled, especially after system updates or changes in device settings.

  4. Ensure Stable Internet Connection: Maintain a stable internet connection to allow the Salestrail app to sync data continuously. This is crucial for real-time logging and updates.

  5. Monitor Call Logging: Regularly check the Salestrail dashboard to verify that all calls are being logged and recorded as expected. If discrepancies are found, contact us ASAP.

  6. Report Issues Promptly: If you encounter any issues or notice discrepancies in call logs, report them to Salestrail support as soon as possible for assistance.

  7. Optimize Device Performance: Keep your device running smoothly by clearing cache, closing unnecessary background apps, and ensuring sufficient storage space is available. This helps Salestrail function effectively without interruptions.

  8. Review User Roles: Regularly review and manage user roles within the Salestrail dashboard to ensure that permissions are correctly assigned, and users have the necessary access and settings for Salestrail to work.

  9. When making calls, please ensure there is a brief pause of 10-30 seconds between each call to allow the current call to be fully logged before initiating the next one.
