If you notice that the Salestrail app is not tracking your phone calls, please review the following potential causes and follow the provided instructions:
App Permissions:
Check that you have given Salestrail the permissions it requires to log calls. Click on permissions to allow all the required permissions and once the permissions allowed, the notification will disappear.
Battery Saving/Battery Optimization and Auto Start
On your mobile device, check if there's a "Battery Optimization" or "Battery Saver" setting for Salestrail. Ensure that Salestrail is not restricted, optimized or on battery saving mode. Allow it to run in the background as needed for call logging. Some devices offer the option to designate an apps as a 'never sleeping app,' allowing it to run continuously in the background without interruption. Work Hours and Days
By default, Salestrail app is set to work 24/7. However, if you have changed the settings, make sure it's set up correctly (AM/PM).
SIM card selections
Since Salestrail app can be set up to track a specific SIM card on dual-SIM devices. Double-check that you have selected the right SIM. Usually, the SIM that has (Slot 1) and (Slot 2) are the SIM cards that are currently in your device.
Background App Refresh on iPhone:
This feature must be ON for the Salestrail app to work.
