If you encounter a login error, remove all data storage regarding Salestrail from your mobile device. Clear all data off your phone regarding Salestrail.


The route is similar to this depending on the device:

Phone settings -> Apps -> Look for Salestrail -> Storage -> Clear Data &Force stop the app.

Once you have done these steps, go ahead and log in again.
