Explore one of our newest features - adding notes to calls. An easy, simple process that gives you data enrichment and better sales performance!

Follow these simple steps to add notes to calls:

Step 1: From the Salestrail mobile app, tap on the call you would like to take note > Notes.

Step 2: Insert notes > Upload.

And voila! You can now view the notes of a call on Salesforce > Comment.

Note: this feature only works with calls that are logged to Salesforce. If the call isn't logged, you will see an error message.
