Follow these simple steps to add notes to calls:
From the Salestrail mobile app, tap on the call you would like to enter a note.
Tap on Note.
Tap on Note. Type out or record the note using the microphone icon and upload.
And voila! You can now view the notes of a call on Salesforce > Comment.
Note: this feature only works with calls that are logged to Salesforce. If the call isn't logged, you will see an error message.
