Salestrail provides flexible pricing plans to meet the needs of different sales teams.

The Essential plan is needed by everyone and includes:

Access to the Salestrail Call tracking mobile app. Here you can:

  • Set up Office hours

  • Choose which SIM card to track

  • Choose to track WhatsApp & WhatsApp Business (Android feature

Access to the Salestrail Cloud-based Analytics dashboard

  • Easy overview of call performance data

  • Customizable reporting

  • User & team management

  • CSV Exports

  • Pull API access

In addition to the Essential plan you can choose to add Call Recording and/or CRM Integration

If you add Call Recording you will be able to:

  • Choose to activate call recording on your Salestrail mobile app

  • Choose to record SIM calls via your in-built Call recorder or via the Salestrail Recorder APK

  • Choose to record WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business calls via the Salestrail Recorder APK

  • Listen to call recordings on the Salestrail call analytics dashboard.

Add CRM Integration to your license enables you to:

  • Seamlessly logs calls under the correct lead, contact, or account in your CRM.

  • Automatically attaches call recordings to CRM logs for quick access if recording is included in your license.

Get extended In-App Features

  • Search for leads, contacts, and accounts directly from the app.

  • Display CRM contact names in the call list and dashboard.

  • Call Notes & Disposition: Categorize and annotate each call.

  • Real-Time Notifications (Android): Get instant alerts to update call notes.

  • Caller ID: Identify incoming callers instantly.
