Enable Auto Start via Settings
Go to Settings > Apps > App Launch.
Find Salestrail in the list.
Disable "Manage Automatically" and enable:
"Auto-launch"
"Secondary launch"
"Run in background"
Enable Auto Start via Battery Settings
Go to Settings > Battery > App Launch.
Find Salestrail and tap it.
Enable "Allow Auto Start".
How to Allow Background App Launch on Honor Devices
Some Honor devices restrict background processes to save battery, so make sure to enable background activity.
Go to Settings > Battery > Power Saving Mode.
Turn OFF Power Saving Mode.
Go to Settings > Apps > Salestrail.
Tap Permissions and enable Background Running.
Additional Tips
Disable Ultra Power-Saving Mode:
Settings > Battery > Ultra Power Saving Mode > Turn Off.
Lock the App in Recent Apps:
Open Salestrail, go to Recent Apps, long-press it, and tap Lock.
Disable Data Saver for Salestrail:
Settings > Mobile Network > Data Saver > Turn Off for Salestrail.
By following these steps, Salestrail will run continuously in the background, ensuring accurate call tracking and logging without being restricted by Honor’s Magic UI battery management.
