Disable Battery Optimization for Salestrail

  1. Open Settings:

    • Access the Settings app on your itel device.

  2. Navigate to Apps:

    • Scroll down and tap on Apps.

  3. Access Special App Access:

    • Tap on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner.

    • Select Special app access.

  4. Select Battery Optimization:

    • Tap on Battery optimization.

  5. View All Apps:

    • Tap on the dropdown menu that says "Not optimized" and select "All apps".

  6. Disable Optimization for Salestrail:

    • Scroll through the list to find Salestrail.

    • Tap on Salestrail and select "Don't optimize".

This process ensures that Salestrail is excluded from battery optimization protocols, allowing it to function without restrictions.


Enable Auto-Start for Salestrail

  1. Open Phone Master:

    • Locate and open the Phone Master app on your itel device.

  2. Navigate to ToolBox:

    • Tap on ToolBox at the bottom of the screen.

  3. Access Auto-Start Management:

    • Tap on Auto-start management.

  4. Enable Auto-Start for Salestrail:

    • Find Salestrail in the list of apps.

    • Toggle the switch to enable auto-start for Salestrail.

By enabling auto-start, Salestrail will launch automatically and continue running in the background, ensuring uninterrupted call tracking.


Additional Recommendations

  • Disable Power Saving Modes:

    • Navigate to Settings > Battery.

    • Ensure that any power-saving modes are turned off, as they can restrict background activities.

  • Lock Salestrail in Recent Apps:

    • Open Salestrail.

    • Access the Recent Apps screen.

    • Swipe down on Salestrail to lock it, preventing the system from closing it automatically.

By following these steps, you can ensure that Salestrail operates smoothly on your itel device, maintaining its functionality for effective call tracking and logging.
