To ensure Salestrail works properly, follow these steps to disable battery optimization and enable auto start.

Note: Settings may vary depending on the Infinix device model.


Disabling Battery Optimization

Option 1: Via Salestrail app

Click on the notification on your Salestrail app>Tap on Battery> Select Unrestricted

Option 2: Disable Battery Optimization via Device Settings

  1. Open Settings on your Infinix device.

  2. Scroll down and tap "Battery Lab" or "Power Marathon" or Battery and Power Saving

  3. Tap "Battery Optimization" or "Battery Usage"

  4. Find and select Salestrail

  5. Select "Don’t Optimize" or "No restrictions" or "Unrestricted"


How to Enable Auto Start (Background App Launch) on Infinix Devices

This ensures that Salestrail restarts automatically.

Enable Auto Start

  1. Go to Settings > Apps Management

  2. Scroll down to More Settings>Click on Auto-start Management and it opens App launch

  3. Turn on for Salestrail. and Salestrail recorder(if you are using Salestrail Recorder APK)

Enable Auto Start via XOS Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Manager.

  2. Select Salestrail.

  3. Tap "Auto Start" and enable it.

Enable Auto Start via XManager

  1. Open the XManager App (pre-installed on Infinix devices).

  2. Tap "Auto Start Management".

  3. Find Salestrail and enable Auto Start.


How to Allow Background App Launch on Infinix Devices

Some Infinix models limit background activity for apps by default. Follow these steps to allow background launch.

  1. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > App Management.

  2. Find Salestrail and tap on it.

  3. Tap "Battery Saver" and select "Allow Background Running".

  4. Go back and tap "Other Permissions".

  5. Enable "Allow Background Launch" and "Allow Run in Background".


By following these steps, Salestrail will run continuously in the background without being killed by Infinix's battery optimization system, ensuring accurate call tracking and logging.
