How to manage the Organisation Settings on the Call Analytics Dashboard?

This article will show you how to manage your team settings from the Settings tab.

From the Settings tab, you can access to your Account Details and your team's Call and recording settings.

  1. Account details:

    Here you can find your Salestrail Call Analytics dashboard personal information, such as:
    โ€‹

    Full name: your name

    Organisation: organisation you are in

    Role: your role - Owner/ Manager/ User

    Identifier: your reference number in the system.
    โ€‹

  2. Call and Recording settings:

    Only Owners can see and modify these settings. If you are the Owner and you want to remove any settings below, simply uncheck the box > Save.

    Inform your users to restart the Salestrail application whenever you have made any modifications.
