When you download the call data from the <a href="https://callanalytics.salestrail.io/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Call Analytics dashboard</a>, it is a .csv file. You can open the file by Excel if you wish, however, the columns might look unorganised. To make them more presentable, you need to follow these simple steps:

<b>Step 1</b>: Open the .csv file with Excel.

<b>Step 3</b>: Data &gt; Texts to Columns &gt; Finish.
