When you download the call data from the Call Analytics dashboard, it is a .csv file. You can open the file by Excel if you wish, however, the columns might look unorganised. To make them more presentable, you need to follow these simple steps:

Step 1: Open the .csv file with Excel.

Step 2: Select column A.

Step 3: Data > Texts to Columns > Finish.
