The answer is "Absolutely Yes", you can totally download all call data from the Call Analytics Dashboard with all details such as phone number, type (inbound/outbound), duration, etc. The data is extracted to a .csv file, if you open it by Excel, see instructions here.
How can you download your call data? Follow these easy steps:
Make sure you (and your team members) are in the same organisation and using the Salestrail app so there are data to extract.
Go to the Call Analytics dashboard and log in with your phone number and verification code.
From the sidebar menu, choose Analytics > the view you want to extract data from.
Set the filters > Export as csv.
That's it! Once the file is downloaded, you will be able to see all data based on the filters you set. Easy breezy π
