How do I track outbound and inbound calls with Salestrail?

Logging outbound and / or inbound calls from Salestrail

Salestrail call logging feature is highly customizable, which means that you can choose what type of calls you'd like to log automatically or manually. 

First, go to Settings ❯ Calls Settings.

Here, you can tap on each type of calls to set the logging mode: manual, automatic or off. 

For iOS users, unfortunately, native calls (calls made outside of the app) can only be logged manually due to Apple's restrictions.
