There must have been times when you make / receive a native call and it does not show up in Unlogged Activities in Salestrail. This article is to answer why this happens.

Due to Apple's restrictions, native phone calls cannot be detected by Salestrail if the app is not open and running in the background. Even if users open Salestrail in the middle of the phone call, Salestrail is still unable to detect the happening call.

The only solution for this issue (at the moment 😉) is to develop a habit of opening Salestrail app the moment you start your working day and let it run in the background throughout the day.

Another thing to keep in mind if you usually have a lot of apps open simultaneously in the background is the device's RAM. iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max are the only two iPhones that have 6GB of RAM, the rest vary from 3GB - 4GB.

If you have many apps open and running in the background at the same time, iPhone will decide what apps use the least RAM and "kill them". Therefore, during your working hours, we recommend you having Salestrail in the background with the least amount of other apps.
