There must have been times when you make / receive a native call and it does not show up in Unlogged Activities in Salestrail. This article is to answer why this happens.
Due to Apple's restrictions, native phone calls cannot be detected by Salestrail if the app is not open and running in the background. Even if users open Salestrail in the middle of the phone call, Salestrail is still unable to detect the happening call.
The only solution for this issue (at the moment 😉) is to develop a habit of opening Salestrail app the moment you start your working day and let it run in the background throughout the day.
Note: in order for Salestrail to work in the background, you must have Background App Refresh on for Salestrail. Setting your device on Low Power Mode will compromise this!
