If you are an iOS user, please be aware that Salestrail can automatically track outbound calls made from Salestrail's dialler only. For calls that take place from outside of Salestrail app, you need to input them manually if you want to track them.

Step 1: Open Salestrail &gt; Tracked Calls &gt; Add.

Step 2: Fill in the form with the correct details about the call you want to track &gt; Add.

That's it! Very simple and fast, right? Once the call is added, it will show up in the Call Analytics dashboard immediately.
