Click on the Notification on your Salestrail App in the section Tracked.
This will open Salestrail app info and here you should click on Battery.
Then select Unrestricted.
Note: Older Samsung devices have different settings for managing battery optimization, which can affect the performance of apps running in the background, such as Salestrail. To ensure Salestrail runs without interruptions, follow these steps to turn off battery optimization on your older Samsung device.
Android 8 (Oreo) & Android 9 (Pie)
Steps to Disable Battery Optimization:
Go to Settings > Device Maintenance (or Device Care on Samsung).
Tap Battery > Battery Usage.
Tap the three-dot menu (⁝) > Battery Optimization.
Select All Apps > Find Salestrail > Choose Don’t Optimize.

Steps to Disable Battery Optimization:
Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Special App Access.
Tap Battery Optimization > All Apps.
Find Salestrail and select Don’t Optimize.
Go to Settings > Battery > Adaptive Battery and disable it for better app performance.

Steps to Disable Battery Optimization:
Go to Settings > Apps.
