  • Auto Start/Auto Launch: Enabling this allows apps to run in the background and start automatically after a reboot.

Here’s a comprehensive table with instructions on how to turn off App Battery Saving Mode and enable Auto Start/Auto Launch/Background Autostart for the listed devices.

Note: If you are using the Salestrail recorder APK to record calls, the above settings need to to be done for that app as well.

Steps to Turn Off Battery Saving for Salestrail

Xiaomi

1. Go to Settings > Battery & Performance.
2. Tap Manage Apps Battery Usage.
3. Select Salestrail and set it to No Restrictions.

Or

  1. Go to: Settings > Apps > Manage Apps

  2. Select Salestrail app

  3. Tap on: Battery saver

  4. Set to: No restrictions

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Manage Apps.
2. Select Salestrail app and enable Autostart.

Huawei

1. Open Settings > Battery.
2. Tap App Launch.
3. Select Salestrail app and disable Manage Automatically. Enable Manual Management (allow all options).

or

  1. Go to: Settings > Apps > Apps

  2. Find Salestrail app and tap on it

  3. Tap Battery > Select "Don't restrict"

1. Go to Settings > Apps > App Launch.
2. Select Salestrail app and enable Manage Manually > Auto Launch.

VIVO

1. Go to Settings > Battery > Background Power Management.
2. Select the Salestrail app and set it to High Background Power Consumption or No Restrictions.

OR

  1. Go to: Settings > More settings > Applications

  2. Find Salestrail app, tap on "Battery optimization"

  3. Select: No restrictions

1. Go to Settings > Apps > App Management.
2. Select the Salestrail app and enable Auto Start.

OPPO

1. Open Settings > Battery.
2. Tap App Battery Management.
3. Select the Salestrail app and set it to Allow Background Activity or No Restrictions.

OR

  1. Go to: Settings > Apps

  2. Find Salestrail app, tap on it

  3. Select Battery usage > Choose "Allow background activity"

1. Go to Settings > Apps > App Management.
2. Select Salestrail app and enable Auto Start.

Honor

1. Go to Settings > Battery > App Launch.
2. Select Salestrail app and disable Manage Automatically. Enable Manual Management (allow all options).

1. Go to Settings > Apps > App Launch.
2. Select Salestrail app and enable Auto Launch.

Samsung

1. Open Settings > Apps.
2. Select Salestrail app and tap Battery.
3. Turn off Optimize Battery Usage.

OR

  1. Go to: Settings > Device care > Battery

  2. Tap on: Background usage limits

  3. Remove Salestrail app from the sleeping apps list

1. Go to Settings > Apps > Special Access > Optimize Battery Usage.
2. Turn off optimization for Salestrail app.

OnePlus

1. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Optimization.
2. Select Salestrail app and set it to Don’t Optimize.

OR

  1. Go to: Settings > Apps & notifications > Special app access

  2. Tap on: Battery optimization

  3. Select Salestrail app and choose "Don't optimize"

1. Go to Settings > Apps > App Management.
2. Select Salestrail app and enable Auto Start.

Pixel

1. Open Settings > Apps & Notifications.
2. Select Salestrail app app and tap Battery > Battery Optimization.
3. Set it to Don’t Optimize.

  2. Disable Adaptive Battery for better background app performance

  1. Go to settings>Apps>Select Salestrail App

  2. Click on App Battery Usage

  3. Turn on 'Allow Background Usage'

  4. Tap on the words Allow Background Usage > Select Unrestricted.
