Sometimes, emails and events cannot be logged automatically due to Multiple Matches or No Matches reason. However, you can manually log them to Salesforce easily by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to Unlogged Activities to find the email or event you want to log.

Step 2: Tap on the unlogged email / event you want to log.

Step 3: Assign it to the suitable contact / lead (usually, Salestrail lists out all records related to the activity).
