If you have recently changed your email credentials, you need to reconnect both your email and calendar account to Salestrail. Otherwise, emails and events cannot be logged to Salesforce anymore.

If you use Outlook, please simply open Salestrail app > Settings > Email Settings and Calendar Settings > Sign Out > Log In again.

If you use Google, please follow these steps:

  • Open Salestrail > Settings > Email Settings and Calendar Settings > Sign Out.
  • Go to Google Permissions page and remove Salestrail's access to your Gmail and Google Calendar.
  • Go back to Salestrail > Settings > Email Settings and Calendar Settings > Log In.
