Salestrail on Android has the ability to process WhatsApp voice calls like it does normal sim card calls. Here's all you need to do to start using this amazingly convenient feature:

1. Turn on WhatsApp call tracking in Salestrail's settings.

2. Allow notification access for Salestrail.

3. Make sure you have Notifications ON for WhatsApp.

WhatsApp voice calls will be tracked just like normal sim calls: if Salestrail can find a match for the number on Salesforce, the call will be logged automatically. If not, it will be placed in Unlogged Activities for you to delete or manually log to Salesforce. WhatsApp voice calls will have "WhatsApp call" in its details.
