The answer is "Absolutely Yes", you can totally download you call data from the Dashboard with details such as phone number, type (inbound / outbound), duration, etc. The data is extracted to a .csv file and downloaded to your PC or mobile.

How can you download your call data? Follow these easy steps:

  • Make sure you (and your team) have been using Salestrail Call Tracking to Dashboard so there are data to extract.
  • Go to the Call Analytics dashboard and log in with your phone number and verification code.
  • From the sidebar menu, choose Dashboard.
  • Set the time range you'd like to download data from and hit Download as CSV.

After that, the file is downloaded, please open it with the needed application and enjoy the data 🎆
