The answer is "Absolutely Yes", you can totally download all call data from the Call Analytics Dashboard with all details such as phone number, type (inbound/outbound), duration, etc. The data is extracted to a .csv file, if you open it by Excel, see instructions here.

How can you download your call data? Follow these easy steps:

  • Make sure you (and your team members) are in the same organisation and using the Salestrail app so there are data to extract.

  • Go to the Call Analytics dashboard and log in with your phone number and verification code.

  • From the sidebar menu, choose Analytics > the view you want to extract data from.

  • Set the filters > Export as csv.

That's it! Once the file is downloaded, you will be able to see all data based on the filters you set. Easy breezy 🎆
