Calls on my Android are not logged after a certain time. What's the reason?

Since Salestrail can detect and log calls automatically on Android, there is the Office Hour setting to help you fine-tune the app so you don't have too many irrelevant calls in Unlogged Activities. However, this can be a confusion for some users sometimes.

By default, your Office Hours on Salestrail are set as from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. You can definitely change this to fit your timetable by tapping on the date and the End Time and Start Time. Please be mindful that we use 24-hour format for this!

If your Office Hours is set as from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 11:59, that means only calls taking place within this time will be logged (if we find a match) and detected to display in Unlogged Activities (if we cannot find a match).

Therefore, if you notice that, for example. after 17:00 every day, no calls are ever logged or detected, you should check your Office Hours setting. If you're an available-all-the-time person, I suggest you deselect every day so that Salestrail can work 24/7.
