If you want to log a phone call to a new lead / account / contact, please follow these steps:

  1. Choose the phone call you want to log from Unlogged Activities tab.


2. Choose 'Create New'


3. Choose to create a new account / contact / lead


4. Create a new account / contact / lead with the option you want (manual typing / transfer from phone book / business card scanner)
