Due to some changes on Googles side because of GDPR, you might not be able to connect Gmail in Salestrail. We are in the process of being reviewed by Google to resolve the issue for our Salestrail users. 

In the mean time, please inform your G suite admin to approve the use of Salestrail in order to make full use of the app's automatic email logging and syncing function.
