If your Android phone comes with a built-in recorder, you might be able to use that to record calls and Salestrail will pick up the recordings that your phone has done.
To check if your phone has a built in recorder, please follow these steps:
Open your phone dialer.
Tap on the settings icon or the three dots at the top right of the screen.
Go to the settings menu.
Look for an option called "Call Recording."
If you find this option, please enable it.
If you do not find the option for call recording, that means that your device is not equipped with a built in recorder.
Note: Phones that are using a Google dialer cannot use the device's built-in cal recorder.
